Luminettes are another Hunter Douglas exclusive. It is in the same family as the Silhouettes, the difference being that the vanes are in the vertical position instead of being horizontal. In a sense, they are similar to a drapery whereas they can be drawn open and closed, but the differentiation here is that this product also has vanes that open and close for light control and/or privacy. While being drawn in the closed position, it will function as a drape, until you open the vanes which allows filtered light to come in and a filtered view out to be enjoyed. Like the Silhouette, the Luminette has a soft, airy feel as the fabric is the same type, and can be coordinated with Silhouettes.
